Shareholder sues Motorola Mobility over Google sale

Allow me to elaborate. This is the best thing to happen to Motorola Mobility in a long time. Even if it’s not that good (which it’s not) shareholders should not be trying to stop this. They will not get a better price than Google’s inflated patent grab.
